This 90 mm Petty combines compact proportions with refined craftsmanship, offering excellent precision and control for delicate kitchen tasks.
The blade is forged from in-house made Damascus, combining layers of 15N20 and 1084 around an Apex Ultra core hardened to approximately 65 HRC. The intricate Damascus pattern highlights the layered construction, giving the compact blade a distinctive character.
A full hollow grind provides thin, efficient cutting geometry, making the knife well suited for detailed preparation, trimming, and other precision work. Weighing just 83 grams, the knife offers a lightweight and agile feel in the hand.
The handle combines beautifully figured stabilized amboyna burl with mammoth tusk and a subtle G10 spacer. The rich, swirling grain of the amboyna burl contrasts with the natural tones of the mammoth tusk, creating an elegant and distinctive finish.
